Introduction of equipment
The four pipe straightening and unloading machine is a straightening copper tube material and straightening the brass tube processing equipment. It is composed of a rack, a fuselage, a straightening mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a drawing mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a servo electric system, etc. The servo motor is used to drive the feed, and a plurality of rollers are used to complete the circle and straighten the copper tube. The scraper cutting mechanism is used for cutting the copper tube with external hob. It has the advantages of fast cutting speed, small necking rate, accurate feeding dimension and so on.
The equipment can process two kinds of copper tubes with different sizes and lengths at the same time. The system controls the whole machine with programmable controller; the servo motor carries out accurate feeding; the man-machine interface sets all kinds of parameters to realize manual and automatic operation.
